PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside the Greater London area or more than 1.5 hours drive from the postcodes W13, please send an email to bryony@londonaquaticvet.com prior to booking a consultation or purchasing a subscription.
Consultations that are booked outside of theses areas may be cancelled if located too far away so please email first to avoid disappointment.

For biosecurity reasons you will need to provide your own set of nets and bowls/containers for the examination.

Mileage is charged at 0.45p/mile both ways from either W13 or CM3 depending on which vet you see.
Congestion zone charges will be applied to visits located within this zone.
For journeys over 1.5 hours of either W13 or CM3, minimum time charges or daily rates may be applied. Please enquire before booking.For Gold and Silver subscribers, mileage is free of charge (if located within one hour of either CM3 or W13) or discounted. Please enquire for quotation.

When booking a physical consultation in the morning or afternoon, arrival times are subject to London traffic so arrival time may be within half an hour of the time selected (10-10:30am or 2-2:30pm).

London Aquatic Veterinary Services is a registered veterinary practice and run by Dr Bryony Chetwynd-Glover, an RCVS registered veterinary surgeon.
London Aquatic Veterinary Services is able to prescribe and dispense veterinary medications to your fish following a physical consultation if appropriate.
London Aquatic Veterinary Services is unable to prescribe veterinary medications over the phone or through the telehealth subscription service as it is a legal requirement that every fish is physically examined first before medications are prescribed.
